Remember, we are not satisfied until you are. (Carefully read the information below regarding the proper handling of your new merchandise). Following these guidelines will make your experience with Customer Service easier and more pleasant and will help expedite any transactions.



Will I get an order confirmation?

A: For every order you submit to CutieBeauty.com, you will receive an email order confirmation. For your security, we will only send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to ensure That you receive your order confirmation. We recommend that you keep a printout of this confirmation for your records. You will need your order confirmation number for reference when you check your order status on cutie beauty.com.



Shipping Policy

We ship most in-stock items within 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays), and on occasions when we can't, we'll let you know.

Saturday delivery is not available at this time. Orders are shipped FedEx only, US mail not available at this time.

Shipping costs & times To find the shipping cost for an item, simply place the item in your cart. Our shipping costs for most items are based on each Item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Shipping and handling cost estimates that appear in the cart are calculated with our lowest-cost shipping method and assume all items in the cart are going to one address. The actual shipping cost may be higher if a different shipping method or multiple addresses are selected and will be shown during checkout, we don't ship to P.O. boxes, it must be sent to a street address.

Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. ET for in-stock merchandise are processed the following business day.

Shipping cutie beauty's gift cards.
Gift Cards are shipped for free via First Class mail. Gift cards will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Sales tax
When ordering online, applicable sales tax will be applied when shipping to the state of New York.

Changes to existing orders

A: You are able to change your order after you place it but only if the order has not yet been packed prepped for shipping or shipped. If you would like to make a change, please call (845) 492-4248 (you can cancel or change an order only by phone), and leave a brief message with your order # and will get back to you as soon as possible if Necessary.

The shipping times in the following chart apply to merchandise shipped within the continental United States, You can use this chart to help determine the total delivery time for your order. Please refer to the information below the chart to calculate total delivery times.

How can I check my Order Status?

A: It's easy. Go to Order Status & Tracking and enter your order number. We'll provide information about the status of that order. And if you are registered with CutieBeauty.com, and you were signed in when you placed your order, simply sign in to check the status of your current orders and view your CutieBeauty.com order history.

When will I receive my order ?

A: Your order tracking number is displayed ON your online order confirmation and again in the order confirmation email.

If your purchase is delivered by Federal Express, you can track your order online at www.fedex.com to see when the items you purchased will be delivered.

If you don't have your order number handy and are a registered user of CutieBeauty.com, you can sign in and check your order status to get your order numbers.



Receiving Your Order

When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:

Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to CUTIE BEAUTY within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.

Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, inserts, bags, etc. until you are completely sure that the merchandise you received is ok.

Keep your Invoice with your important records.



Shipping to a different address

To protect the security of your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card, you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card, simply call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account.



Return / Exchange Policy

Should it be necessary to return an item. You may return it for a exchange/or store credit, excluding any shipping charges, within a period of 7 days. with all tags attached to it.

Special Order Items are not returnable. CUTIE BEAUTY will not accept any returns or exchanges on any consumable products or items which have been removed from packaging & etc.

To return an item you must contact Customer Service for prior approval and obtain an RMA number. All merchandise purchased from CUTIE BEAUTY is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold.

Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. CUTIE BEAUTY is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization)

No returns accepted without prior authorization. No Exchanges Will Be Made After 7 Days. If any of the above conditions are not met, CUTIE BEAUTY reserves the right either to refuse the return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 15%.



International Orders

A: At this time, CutieBeauty.com only ships to addresses in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, American Somoa, Marshal Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands, and Guam. If you would like further assistance with your order, please contact us customerservice@cutiebeauty.com
